A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
SETTING FORTH THE SECTIONS OF CERTAIN COUNTY
RESOLUTIONS THAT ARE SUPERSEDED BY ORDINANCE
2003-010.
WHEREAS, Section 3 of Ordinance 2003-010 provides that such Ordinance
would supersede parts of any resolution in conflict with such Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to set forth the relevant
parts of the specific resolutions that were superseded by operation of Ordinance 2003-
010; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Sections of the
Resolutions superseded by Ordinance 2003-010 are set forth on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Gi nn and, upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye
Vice Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye
Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger Aye
Commissioner Thomas B. Lowther Aye
Commissioner Fran B. Adams Absent
The Chairman thereupon declared this Resolution duly passed and adopted this
