As you know, Hurricane Frances has made landfall along the east coast of Florida with
sustained winds of 105mph. The system has created an extensive debris field throughout
Indian River County. This debris field has exceeded the county's ability to provide
timely debris clearance to assure basic human needs .assistance.
Therefore, as authorized by the Board of County Commissioners on September 2, 2004; I
hereby submit this Notice To Proceed to your company per the conditions identified in
our contract. You. are hereby authorized to assist Indian River County with debris
clearance from Hurricane Frances. The following people have been assigned to be your
contacts for this project:
