THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
MET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA, ON WEDNESDAY,
NOVEMBER 19, 1975 AT 8:30 O'CLOCK A.M. PRESENT WERE ALMA LEE LOY, CHAIRMAN;
WILLARD W. SIEBERT, JR., VICE CHAIRMAN; EDWARD J. MASSEY, WILLIAM C. WODTKE,
JR. AND EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER. ALSO PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS, COUNTY AD-

THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 5TH, 1975.

MR, COOKSEY STATED THAT AT THE JUNE 18, 1975 COMMISSION IEETING
THE BOARD DISCUSSED VERO !'"TED'S REQUEST FOR A RELEASE FROM THE COUNTY'S
SERVICE AREA BY APPROVING A TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VERO BEACH,
SO THAT THE CITY COULD SERVE SEWER AND WATER TO THE DOCTORS M1EDICAL COMPLEX,
THE BOARD AUTHORIZED PREPARATION OF THIS TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT ON AN ALLOCA-
TION OF 30,000 GALLONS PER DAY FOR SEWER AND 15,000 GALLONS PER DAY FOR
WATER,
MR, COOKSEY STATED THAT THE REQUEST TODAY IS JUST FOR 15,999 GALLONS
PER DAY FOR WATER AND SEWER AND NOT 30,000 GALLONS, AS ORIGINALLY REQUESTED,
AFTER DISCUSSION, A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER,
SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE SIGNA-
TURE OF THE CHAIRMAN ON A TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF VERO

THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE RECEIVED A
TELEPHONE CALL FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND IT WAS STATED THAT
A CONTRACT HAS BEEN EXECUTED AND WORK ON STATE ROAD ilA FROM BEACHLAND BLVD,
TO THE SOUTH COUNTY LINE WILL START IN THE MORNING,
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT HE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION STATING THAT THE 1973 FEDERAL AID HIGHWAY
SAFETY ACT ALLOCATED FUNDS TO BE USED FOR GRADE CROSSING SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS
AND REQUESTED THE BOARD'S APPROVAL TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INSTALLATION
OF FLASHING LIGHTS AND BELLS AT OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY AND FLORIDA EAST COAST
RAILROAD AT A COST TO THE COUNTY OF 10% OF THE TOTAL COST, WHICH IS `29,000.

MR. .JENNINGS STATED THAT THIS RAILROAD CROSSING IS LOCATED SOUTH
OF SEBASTIAN BETWEEN WABASSO AND SEBASTIAN AND IS KNOWN AS THE "OLD
BUTTERMILK CROSSING,"
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR RECOMMENDED PARTICIPATING IN THIS REQUEST,
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED PARTICIPATING WITH THE DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION ON PROJECT No. $$505-6902; CROSSING lo. 272163; LOCATION
OLD DIXIE HIGHWAY AT FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILROAD: SCOPE - INSTALL FLASHING
LIGHTS.& BELLS: ESTIMATED TOTAL COAST - $29,000.00 (THE COUNTY'S SHARE TO
BE 1O% OF THE ESTIMATED TOTAL AMOUNT) AND AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE
CHAIRMAN,
THE BOARD DISCUSSED A LETTER FROM RUDY HUBBARD, PRESIDENT OF WGYL
RADIO CORP., WHO PROPOSED INSTALLING A PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM IPJ THE COUNTY
COMMISSION ROOM AT THE COURTHOUSE, MR, HUBBARD SUGGESTED USING EXISTING
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLEMENTING IT WITH AS MUCH EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED TO PROVIDE
A PERFECT PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM, WGYL WILL MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT. EXISTING
EQUIPMENT WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE COUNTY, AND ALL ADDITIONAL EQUIP-
MENT WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF WGYL. THE COST OF THIS SERVICE TO THE
COUNTY WILL BE $40.00 PER MONTH,
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT MR, HUBBARD DID INSPECT WHAT
EQUIPMENT THERE IS IN THE COMMISSION ROOM AND THEN SUBMITTED THIS PROPOSAL,
PETE NOEL, NEWS DIRECTOR WITH WGYL, STATED THAT WGYL HAS AN ENGINEER
ON STAFF,
CHAIRMAN LOY ASKED IF WE WOULD BE BETTER OFF JUST PURCHASING WHAT
EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED RATHER THAN PAYING A MONTHLY SERVICE CHARGE,
COMMISSIONER SIEBERT SUGGESTED THAT MR, NOEL ASK MR. HUBBARD TO PRE-
PARE AN ALTERNATE PROPOSAL WHERE THE COUNTY OWNS THE EQUIPMENT AND TO INCLUDE
THE COST OF A MONTHLY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT,
MR, NOEL STATED THAT HE WILL FORWARD THIS INFORMATION ON TO IIR,
HUBBARD WHO CAN THEN CONTACT THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR WITH ADDITIONAL INFOR-
MATION.
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN DISCUSSING LOCATING AN OFFICIAL MAINTENANCE YARD IN
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. THEY ARE REQUESTING TWO TO FOUR ACRES OF COUNTY

PROPERTY. THE ADMINISTRATOR CONTINUED THAT HE HAS INVESTIGATED WHAT PROPERTY
THE COUNTY OWNS AND HAS FOUND WE CANNOT SATISFY THEIR NEEDS, THERE IS
PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF HOBART PARK THAT WAS NOT POINTED OUT TO THE
D.O.T.. THE D.O.T. IS INTERESTED IN PROPERTY WHERE THEY ARE PRESENTLY STORING
EQUIPMENT, WHICH IS ON THE PROPERTY WHERE THE COUNTY GARAGE IS LOCATED, IF
TWO TO FOUR ACRES IS GIVEN TO THE D.O.T., IT COULD REDUCE THE COUNTY'S FUTURE
PLANS FOR THAT AREA. HAVING AN OFFICIAL MAINTENANCE YARD IN INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY WOULD BENEFIT US AS WE PAY TO TRANSPORT MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FROM
ST. LUCIE COUNTY WHEN THE D.O.T. IS WORKING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY.
THE BOARD AGREED THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE ALL THE POSSIBILITIES
EXPLORED WHICH WOULD ENABLE THEM TO HAVE A D.O.T. MAINTENANCE YARD IN INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY. THE BOARD SUGGESTED FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO THE WESTERN
HALF OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE D.O.T. IS CURRENTLY STORING THEIR EQUIPMENT.
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR WILL CONTINUE THIS INVESTIGATION AND REPORT
BACK TO THE BOARD,
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT AT THE LAST MEETING TWO BIDS
WERE RECEIVED FROM NO CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS FOR A MIMEOGRAPH MACHINE, BOTH
IN THE AMOUNT OF $25,00, HE CONTINUED THAT *1RS, ROBINSON OF THE AMERICAN
ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY liOMEN INFORMED'HIM THAT THE TWO ORGANIZATIONS IN-
VOLVED BETWEEN THEMSELVES HAVE MADE TWO ADDITIONAL OFFERS:
AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY WOMEN OFFERED $49,00
AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY OFFERED $50.00
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY,
THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE BID FOR A MIMEOGRAPH MACHINE FROM THE
AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,00
AT THE JULY 23, 1075 BOARD MEETING, A LETTER FROM C.W,GAIDRY WAS
DISCUSSED. i' 1R. GAIDRY HAD INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THERE WAS AN ENCROACHMENT
PROBLEM BORDERING ON HIS PROPERTY ALONG CITRUS ROAD TO R.ANGELIME ROAD, AND
HE WOULD AGREE TO SELL TO THE COUNTY APPROXIMATELY 12 FEET BY 1.5 MILES IN
ORDER TO REMOVE THIS ENCROACHMENT ON CITURS ROAD,
AT THE AUGUST 6TH MEETING, THE BOARD DISCUSSED BUYING THIS LAND, AND
MR. GAIDRY WAS ASKED IF THE COUNTY EMPLOYED A CERTIFIED APPRAISER, WOULD HE
GO ALONG WITH THAT APPRAISAL. HE STATED HE WOULD, AND THE BOARD AUTHORIZED
AN APPRAISAL BE MADE OF CITRUS ROAD TO RANGELINE ROAD BORDERING ON IR, GAIDRY'S

PROPERTY. AT THAT TIME THE BOARD ALSO DISCUSSED HAVING THE APPRAISAL
INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL 40 FEET ALONG CITRUS ROAD IN ORDER TO SATISFY FUTURE
ROAD NEEDS.
AT THE OCTOBER 22ND MEETING, ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD
THAT AN APPRAISAL HAD BEEN MADE AND SHOWS THIS PROPERTY TO BE VALUED AT
$2,500 PER'ACRE. MR. GAIDRY WAS INFORMED OF THIS APPRAISAL, AND HE STATED
THAT HE FELT THE APPRAISAL FIGURE OF $2,500 PER ACRE WAS TOO LOW IN COMPARI—
SON TO SALES IN THE AREA, BUT HE WOULD CONSIDER IT IN ORDER TO CLEAR UP THE
ENCROACHMENT ON HIS PROPERTY. AT THAT TIME "'IR, GAIDRY STATED THAT HE WOULD
NOT BE WILLING TO SELL ANY ADDITIONAL PROPERTY FOR FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY,
MARVIN CARTER WITH CARTER ASSOCIATES INC. AND C. W. GAIDRY APPEARED
TO DISCUSS THE ENCROACHMENT PROBLEM ALONG CITRUS ROAD,
MR. CARTER ALSO DISCUSSED ANOTHER PROBLEM IN THAT FLORIDA POWER AND
LIGHT COMPANY HAS SEVERAL POWER POLES ALONG THE 'IORTH PROPERTY LINE WHICH ARE
NOT ON THEIR EASEMENT BUT ON THE 10 FEET OF PROPERTY THAT THE COUNTY IS CON—
TEMPLATING BUYING,
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT IT WOULD NOT BE FEASIBLE TO HAVE
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY MOVE THEIR POWER POLES FIVE OR SIX FEET NOW,
AND THEN AT SOME FUTURE TIME WHEN IT MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO WIDEN CITRUS ROAD,
THE POWER POLES WOULD HAVE TO BE MOVED AGAIN, THE SUGGESTED LEAVING THE POWER
POLES WHERE THEY ARE.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
MASSEY, TO PURCHASE APPROXIMATELY 10 FEET OF PROPERTY ALONG CITRUS ROAD TO
RANGELINE ROAD, BORDERING ON C, W. GAIDRY'S PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT .OF $2,500.
PER ACRE. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:

FEELS IT WOULD BE MORE FEASIBLE TO DO THIS WHEN THE COUNTY IS READY TO WIDEN
CITRUS ROAD. HE FEELS THIS IS PREMATURE'
THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE MOTION: THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED,
AND THE MOTION WAS CARRIED.
MR, CARTER ALSO STATED THAT AT THE AUGUST 6TH MEETING, THE BOARD
WAS INFORMED THAT SOMETIME AGO THE.COUNTY IN OBTAINING RIGHT—OF—WAY
ON RANGELINE ROAD TO CITRUS ROAD RECEIVED FAULTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION WHICH
SHOULD BE CORRECTED. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION STATED THAT THE COUNTY OWNED
PASTURE LAND AND MR. GAIDRY OWNED THE RIGHT—OF—WAY.
MR, CARTER PRESENTED DEEDS CORRECTING THIS ERROR,

COMMISSIONER SIEBERT INFORMED THE BOARD THAT .JACELYN BLOCK, COUNTY
VOLUNTEER YOUTH COORDINATOR, IS RESIGNING, AND HE STATED AFTER INTERVIEWING
SEVERAL APPLICANTS, HE WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND THE APPOINTMENT OF RITA J.
SAUERMAN AS VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR WITH THE YOUTH GUIDANCE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM.
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER,
THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPOINTED RITA J. SAUERMAN AS. VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
WITH THE YOUTH GUIDANCE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM, AT A SALARY OF $9,000 PER YEAR
AND WITH AN EMPLOYMENT STARTING DATE OF DECEMBER 12, 1975.
GEORGE MCKENNA, PERSONNEL MANAGER, WILL NOTIFY THE OTHER APPLICANTS
THAT THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED,
COMMISSIONER SIEBERT PRESENTED A REPORT OF A SUGGESTED COUNTY RECREA-
TION PROGRAM, HE STATED THAT HE PREPARED THIS OUTLINE TO BE USED AS A GUIDE
AND A STARTING POINT FOR A PROPOSED COUNTY PROGRAM,
COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT IN ESTABLISHING PRIORITIES,
PRIMARY CONSIDERATION WAS GIVEN TO YOUTH -ORIENTED PROGRAMS THAT GIVE NOT ONLY
PLEASURE, BUT DEVELOP CHARACTER. THE SUCCESS OR FAILURE OF THIS PROGRAM
DEPENDS LARGELY ON THE COOPERATION RECEIVED FROM THE. MUNICIPALITIES AND THE
GENERAL PUBLIC. DUPLICATION OF SERVICES SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS,
HE CONTINUED THAT THE RECREATION DIRECTOR SHOULD REPORT TO THE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATOR AND THAT THE PRESENT RECREATION STAFF BE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE
A LIFEGUARD FOR WABASSO BEACH AND THE PARK DIRECTOR AT HOBART-KIWANIS PARK,
A SEVEN MEMBER RECREATION COMMISSION SHOULD BE ESTABLISHED TO RECOMMEND
POLICY AND REVIEW THE DEPARTMENT'S BUDGET,
THE BOARD REVIEWED THIS REPORT WHICH STATES THAT THE INITIAL PROGRAM
SHOULD BE DIRECTED AT THREE TARGET AREAS:
VERO BEACH
GIFFORD AND WABASSO
SEBASTIAN RIVER AREA, INCLUDING FELLSMERE,
ATTORNEY COLLINS WILL INVESTIGATE IF THE SCHOOL BOARD CAN UTILIZE
THEIR SCHOOLS FOR RECREATIONAL PURPOSES AND IF THEY CAN ASSIST BY PROVIDING
BUS TRANSPORTATION.
COMMISSIONER SIEBERT DISCUSSED FACILITIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR
IMMEDIATE USE, PROVIDED WE RECEIVE THE COOPERATION OF THE AFFECTED MUNICI-

Attached hereto is the E & I List for the 1973 Tax Roll, covering errors,
insolvencies and double assessments.
As you are well aware, the 1973 Tax Roll was late in being certified for
collection and has presented many problems since the day -we received it
for collection on May 12, 1974. The tax bills were mailed on May 24, 1974,
and the delinquent taxes were advertised as quickly as possible after that
date. The tax warrants for delinquent tangible personal property were
issued September 16, 1974. The tax certificate sale for delinquent 1973
taxes was held October 10, 1974.
We have experienced many problems with the closing of the 1973 Tax Roll
in getting a final printout from the computer service. All monies were
properly distributed with the exception of the small amount of $30,536.74,
which could not be properly distributed until I could be satisfied that
it was correct.
Since the delinquent date for paying 1973 taxes came near July 1, 1974, we
then had to temporarily stop work on that in order to handle our tag renewals
from July 1, 1974 to August 20, 1974. When the tax sale was held_October 10,
1974, before this could be properly completed we received the 1974 Tax Roll
for collection on October 29, 1974. This was then the more important thing
to handle in order that taxing agencies could begin receiving 1974 tax monies.
I have not filed this report prior to this time since all necessary
advertisements and sales had been properly conducted and this to me was of
lesser importance.
The 1974 Tax Roll had final changes made on October 17, 1975, as.approved by
the Department of Revenue and the Board of Tax Adjustment and the final report
on the 1974 Tax Roll is now being completed.

SENTATIONS MADE BY THE OWNER WHEN THE DENSITY WAS GRANTED,
ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT HE SPOKE WITH IR. CAIRNS' ATTORNEY IN
ORLANDO REGARDING "CONTRACT" ZONING, AND THIS ATTORNEY WOULD NOT COMMIT
HIMSELF TO SAY THAT OURSITUATION IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY IS THE SAME AS HE
HAS ENCOUNTERED.
AFTER DISCUSSION, IT WAS IR. CAIRNS' DECISION TO ACCEPT THE REZONING
OF 8 UNITS PER ACRE IF HE WILL BE ALLOWED TO PUT 15 UNITS WHERE HE FEELS IT
WILL BE NECESSARY, BUT THE ENTIRE PARCEL OF PROPERTY WOULD ONLY HAVE AN OVER-
ALL DENSITY OF B UNITS PER ACRE; OR WHEN A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
IS ADOPTED, HE COULD HAVE THE OPTION TO GO WITH THAT.

DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR OFFICE SPACE FOR THE .PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND POSSIBLY
THE ZONING DEPARTMENT.
• THE THREE LOCATIONS DISCUSSED WERE THE BEINDORF BUILDING LOCATED
ON 39TH STREET AND STATE ROAD 60; THE 2001 BUILDING ON STATE ROAD 60 ; AND
THE PLAZA BUILDING ON 14TH AVENUE.
THE BEINDORF BUILDING HAS APPROXIMATELY 2,977 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE .
AND COULD BE RENTED AT AN APPROXIMATE COST OF $3.50 A SQUARE FOOT. THIS
BUILDING IS BEING CONSTRUCTED AND WOULD NOT BE READY FOR OCCUPANCY UNTIL
FEBRUARY OR MARCH, 1976.
• THE 2001 BUILDING HAS APPROXIMATELY 3,000 SQUARE FEET AND COULD
BE RENTED AT AN APPROXIMATE COST OF $4.29 A SQUARE FOOT FOR THE FIRST YEAR,
THIS BUILDING HAS IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY.
THE PLAZA BUILDING HAS 3,300 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE AND COULD BE RENTED
AT $5.00 A SQUARE FOOT, ON A THREE YEAR LEASE THE FIRST MONTH'S'RENT WOULD
BE FREE,
THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE NEEDS OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND IT
WAS SUGGESTED THAT COMMISSIONER WODTKE CHECK WITH JAMES BEINDORF AS TO HOW
QUICK HE NEEDS A DECISION IN REGARD TO HIS CONSTRUCTING THE SECOND FLOOR
OF HIS BUILDING." THE BOARD ALSO DECIDED THAT COMMISSIONER SIEBERT BE AWARE.
OF WHAT IS AVAILABLE BEFORE ANY DECISION IS MADE,
THE BOARD DISCUSSED THE PLAZA BUILDING BECAUSE OF ITS LOCATION
AND CONSIDERATION WAS GIVEN TO POSSIBLY RENTING ONE OFFICE WITH
2200 SQUARE FEET FOR JUST THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT,

A REQUEST FROM COUNTY COURT FOR APPROVAL TO PURCHASE A DIBOLD
MACHINE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,000.00 WAS DISCUSSED. THE BOARD REQUESTED
DONNA SCOTT, CHIEF CLERK COUNTY COURT DEPARTMENT TO PREPARE ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION AS TO WHY THIS WAS NOT BROUGHT BEFORE THE BOARD AT BUDGET TIME
AND MORE INFORMATION AS TO THE SIZE OF THE MACHINE. THIS DISCUSSION WILL
BE CONTINUED AT THE NEXT MEETING.
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A LETTER FROM JOHN D.
LISLE WITH DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS REQUESTING TO MAKE HIS
SERVICES AVAILABLE, AT NO COST TO THE COUNTY, IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGE-
MENT OF A POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM. HE IS WORKING ON A FEDERAL GRANT, ADMIN-
ISTERED THROUGH THE STATE AND HIS CURRENT CONTRACT EXPIRES JUNE 21, 1976.
AFTER DISCUSSION IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT MR. LISLE BE NOTIFIED THAT
WE APPRECIATE HIS APPLICATION, BUT AT THE PRESENT TIME WE DO NOT FEEL WE
CAN AVAIL OURSELVES OF HIS SERVICES DUE TO THE LACK OF PROGRAMS AND ADEQUATE
SPACE.
COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER INFORMED THE BOARD THAT AT THE COASTAL ZONE
MANAGEMENT PROGRAM MEETING, HUGH RUSSELL ASKED IF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS WOULD BE RECEPTIVE TO THIS COMMITTEE LOOKING INTO THE FLORIDA
FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM.
THE BOARD AGREED THAT THE COASTAL ZONE COMMITTEE LOOK INTO THE FLOOD

COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE. HAD WRITTEN A
LETTER TO THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, DATED OCTOBER 15TH, 1975 REGARDING A
'WATER ALLOCATION FOR A DEVELOPMENT OWNED BY CARMEN NICOTRA OF N & B REALTY
INC. AND DISCUSSED WHAT PROCEDURE WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE ALLOCATIONS OF
WATER. .
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT THAT LETTER IS ON FILE ALONG
WITH ALL OTHER REQUESTS.
THE BOARD AGREED TO ASK THE COUNTY CONSULTING ENGINEERS TO REPORT
ON THE CURRENT STATUS OF COUNTY WATER ALLOCATIONS AND THIS WILL BE DISCUSSED
AT THE NEXT MEETING.
THE SEVERAL BILLS AND ACCOUNTS AGAINST THE COUNTY HAVING BEEN
AUDITED WERE EXAMINED AND FOUND TO BE CORRECT, WERE APPROVED AND WARRANTS
ISSUED IN SETTLEMENT OF SAME AS FOLLOWS: GENERAL FUND No. 5094-5095;
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND Nos. 2632 - 2635 INCLUSIVE; FINE AND FORFEITURE Nos.
975-976 AND TREASURY FUND Nos. 50,192 - 50,320 INCLUSIVE. SUCH BILLS AND
ACCOUNTS BEING ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, THE
WARRANTS SO ISSUED FROM THE RESPECTIVE FUNDS BEING LISTED IN THE SUPPLEMENTAL
MINUTE BOOK AS PROVIDED BY THE RULES OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR, REFERENCE TO
SUCH RECORD AND LIST SO RECORDED BEING MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES.
