A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 1, THE VILLAGE OF LEXINGTON
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a utility easement on Lot 1 of The Village
of Lexington Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor, to
DONALD D.DIPIETRO &HELEN E.PURCELL DIPIETRO
1785 AYNSLEY WAY
VERO BEACH,FL 32966-8005
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described portion of easement:
the northwesterly three feet of the southeasterly 25 foot-wide utility easement of Lot 1, The
Village of Lexington, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 45-45A, of the Public
Records of Indian River County.Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by
Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 7th day of
June 2005,by the following vote:
