A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 5 OF THE RIVER BOAT CLUB
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drain pipe easement on Lot 5 of The River
Boat Club Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may have in
the following described easement portion:
the east two and one-half feet of the west five foot drain pipe easement of Lot S, The River Boat
Club Subdivision, less and except any portion of the rear yard ten foot conservation easement on said
Lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 39 &39A of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County,a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor, to
ROBERT L. WEBSTER&DENISE R.WEBSTER
CO-TRUSTEES OF THE DENISE R.WEBSTER REVOCABLE TRUST
5306 SW 120TH AVE
COOPER CITY, FL 33330
their successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by
Commissioner Davis , and adopted on the 12th day of
September 2006, by the following vote:
