A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 21, THE FALLS AT GRAND HARBOR
PLAT 29
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 21
of The Falls at Grand Harbor Plat 29; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in
the following described easement portion:
the southerly three feet of the northerly seven and one-half foot drainage and utility easement of
Lot 21, The Falls at Grand Harbor Plat 29, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page
53 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
GH VERO BEACH DEVELOPMENT LLC
C/O GRAND HARBOR MANAGEMENT
3755 37TH TERRACE, #304
VERO BEACH, FL 32960
its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden
