A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
DEMOLITION INSPECTION AND RE- INSPECTION FEES
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303.33 and 303.35 OF THE INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY CODE,
Whereas, following a duly noticed public hearing held on April 29, 2008, the Indian River
County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") adopted Ordinance No. 2008-011 , to amend
Section 303.33 and 303.35 of the Indian River County Code, to allow inspection fees for demolition
approval to be set by Resolution of the Board, and
Whereas, the Board desires to establish the required inspection and Re -Inspection fees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
A. The Board hereby establishes the following fees for demolition inspection -
1 .
nspection:
1. Single Family Residence - $75
2. Commercial Structures, less than or equal to
3,000 square feet, including multi -family - $100
3. Commercial Structures over 3000 square feet - $150
4. Re -inspection Fee - $50
B. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
The Resolution was moved for adoption by CommissionerPeter D. 0' Bryan, and the motion
was seconded by CommissionerJoseph E. Flescher, , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:
