A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER ED UPON IDA,
ESTABLISHING THE TAX MILLAGE RATE TO BE LEVI

FOR RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR FISCAL YEAR

WHEREAS, the Budget Officer of Indian River Countyr d County,and presented

County Commission a tentative budget for the General Fund of Indian Re
fiscal year commencing on the first day of October,
2002, and ending on the 30th day of September,

reserves, and balances to be carried over at the end of the year; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissionersbudget as presented; and my held numerous

personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for fiscal year 2002-2003 a tax of 3.8729
mills on the dollar for the purpose of funding the General Fund of Indian River County;
