'RESOLUTION 2003-019
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY EXTENSION
SERVICES AD HOC COMMITTEE AND
DISCHARGING ITS MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County
(Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a
current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and
WHEREAS, the Indian River County Extension Services Ad Hoc Committee was
formed by Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2002-093; and
WHEREAS, the Indian River County Extension Services Ad Hoc Committee has
completed its assignment,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida, that the Indian River County Extension Services Ad Hoc Committee established
by Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2002-093 be and is hereby dissolved,
and the members of the Indian River County Extension Services Ad Hoc Committee are
hereby discharged of their duties in connection therewith.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Carol i ne D. Gi nn , and, upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye
Vice Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye
Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye
Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger Aye
Commissioner Thomas S. Lowther Aye
