A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REQUESTING THE
INSTALLATION OF A CULVERT ALONG A SECTION OF STATE
ROAD 60 IN FRONT OF "TARA PLANTATION" BY THE FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Transportation is installing drainage
improvements along State Road 60 in Indian River County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, in connection with these drainage improvements, culverts are being
installed in certain sections of the roadway; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board requests the
installation by the Florida Department of Transportation of a culvert in front of "Tara
Plantation" in Indian River County, Florida.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner wheeler , and
the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis and, upon being put
to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Wesley S. Davis AYE
Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE
Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler AYE
Commissioner Bob Solari AYE
The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 7th
day of July, 2009.
