HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004-017z RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 017 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING REVISED FEE SCHEDULES FOR PLANNING AND ZONING, AND ENGINEERING APPLICATION AND PERMIT REVIEW ACTIVITIES. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissiorters has the authority to establish fees pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 125; and WHEREAS, development application review fees were last updated in 1990, and WHEREAS, an analysis of staff time and associated labor costs has been performed as the basis for establishing revised and new fees for reviews of planning and zoning and engineering applications and permits, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ,desires to properly assess the costs of reviewing application and permit fees. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that the attached Planning and Zoning fee schedule (see Exhibit "A") and Engineering fee schedule (see Exhibit "B") are hereby adopted. The effective date of the fees contained in both fee schedules is March 1, 2004. Exhibits "A" and "B" are attached to and incorporated as part of this resolution. PASSED AND ADOPTED on this resolution was offered by Commissioner seconded by Commissioner Lowther was as follows: 3rd day of February , 2004.
