A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 9,BLOCK 6,ROSELAND GARDENS

WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot c�
9,Block 6, of Roseland Gardens Subdivision; and O
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County,Florida that:

of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor,to

their successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the north six and one half(6.5)feet of the south twelve and one half(12.5)foot drainage and
utility easement on Lot 9, Block 6, Roseland Gardens Subdivision,according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 25 of the Public Records oflndian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams -, seconded
by Commissioner Neuherger , and adopted on the 1 Oth day of
June 2003,by the following vote:
