WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in drainage and maintenance easements on Lots 3,4,5,
6 and 7 of Lost Hammock Planned Development;and t�

WHEREAS,the retention of portions of the easements,as described below,serves no public purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida that:
This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County,a political subdivision of the State of
Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960,Grantor,to
ROBERT JEFF BREWSTER&LISA ANN BREWSTER 4045 43RD AV.,VERO BEACH,FL 32960 (OWNERS OF LOT 3); W

Indian River County does hereby release and abandon,to the respective lot owners,all right,title,and
