RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 15 t�
OF SEA OAKS RIVER COTTAGES PD
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot
15 of Sea Oaks River Cottages PD; and
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public o
purpose; o

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian "J

This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State ca

its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the east ten feet of the northerly six-foot wide utility easement of Lot 15, Sea Oaks River
Cottages PD, being a Partial Replat of Sea Oaks River Homes VPD, according to the Partial
Replat recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 84 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Ti ppi n , seconded
by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 18th day of
December 2001, by the following vote:
