AN EASEMENT ON LOT 32 OF HIGH PINES SUBDIVISION CrN
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot
32 of High Pines Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;

of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor,to

his successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the westerly five feet of Lot 32,High Pines Subdivision, LESS AND EXCEPT the southerly
ten feet thereof, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 44, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Ti ppi n , seconded
