A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK A, INDIAN RIVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 6 WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 9, Block A, of Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 6; and WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to BRIAN K. LUPREK and FOGAESE T. LUPREK 145 13TH AVE. VERO.BEACH, FL 32962 their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement portion: the north two feet of the south twelve -foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 9, Block A, Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 6, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and adopted on the 18th day of March 2003, by the following vote: Commissioner Kenneth R.
