r A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 22,HIGH HAWK OF VERO BEACH
PHASE I SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a maintenance easement on Lot 22 of
High Hawk of Vero Beach Phase I Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title, and interest that it may have in
the following described easement portion:
the west three feet of the east fifteen foot maintenance easement of Lot 22, High Hawk of Vero
Beach Phase I Subdivision, less and except any portion of the north ten foot drainage and utility
easement on said Lot,according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 36 of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
HHVB HOME BUILDERS LLC

VIERA,FL 32940
its successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger , seconded by
Commissioner: Davi s , and adopted on the 13th day of
December 20053 by the following vote:
