A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING
A CONSERVATION EASEMENT ON LOT 4,BLOCK D,LINDSEY LANES SUB
PHASE I
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a conservation easement on Lot 4,Block D,
of Lindsey Lanes Phase I Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,the owners of the lot have paid the County a fee-in-lieu of native upland set-aside, in
accordance with Section 929.05 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, Indian River County has released similar conservation easements on platted lots in
Lindsey Lanes Phase I Subdivision for fees-in-lieu of on-site native upland plant community
conservation, and release of the subject easement is consistent with past easement releases in the
Subdivision;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County,Florida that:
LJ Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in

U_ 1- co the east twenty(20)foot-wide conservation easement of-Lot 4, Block D, Lindsey Lanes Phase I
UQ Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 67 of the Public Records of
