RESOLUTION NO. 2006 - 160
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
COMMON EASEMENTS ON LOTS 2, 3, 4 & 5, BLOCK 21, WINDSOR PD PHASE III
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in utility easements on Lots 2, 3, 4, & 5, Block 21,
of Windsor PD Phase III; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, as described below, serve no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in
the following described easements:
an 8' x 11' utility easement at the north end of the cornrnon side lot line of Lots 2 & 3, and also an
8' x 11' utility easement at the north end of the common side lot line of Lots 4 & 5, said lots being of
Block 21, Windsor Phase III PD, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 96 &
96A, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 24th day of
October , 2006.
