A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF HOBART
ESTATES UNIT 1
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in an easement depicted on the recorded plat of
Hobart Estates Unit 1; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portion:
the southwesterly fifty-five (55) feet of the eighty (80) foot -wide easement located immediately west of
Florida East Coast Railway right-of-way and immediately north of Hobart Road right-of:way, as
depicted on the recorded plat of Hobart Estates Unit 1, less and except the northly twenty-five (25) feet
of said easement, according to the plat thereof recorded in Platbook 8, Page 20, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1 840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s , seconded by
Commissioner 0' Bryan , and adopted on the 13th day of
March 2007, by the following vote:
