A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
i A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 28, BLOCK J, INDIAN RIVER
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT 7
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 28,
Block J, of Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 7; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
JOHN P. CORSO & SUZANNE M. CORSO
336 11TH AVENUE
VERO BEACH, FL 32962-2831
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the west two and one half (2 1/2) feet of the east twelve foot drainage and utility easement of
Lot 28, Block J, Indian River Heights Subdivision Unit 7, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 7, Page 29 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by
Commissioner Macht , and adopted on the 20th day of
2004, by the following vote:
