A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELE'W K BARTON, CLERK OF
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 22, BLOCK 1, COUNTRY CLUB
POINTE SUB UNIT 2
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 22,
Block 1, of Country Club Pointe Unit 2; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
MICHAEL F. HAUSER AND SHANNON E. HAUSER
3043 GOLFVIEW DR
VERO BEACH, FL 32960
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the south one foot of the north ten foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 22, Block 1,
Country Club Pointe Unit 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 60 of the Public
Records of -Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Lowther , seconded by
Commissioner Neuberger , and adopted on the 18th day of
May 2004, by the following vote:
Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn Aye
Commissioner Arthur R. Neuberger Aye
Commissioner Fran B. Adams Absent
Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye
