A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 7, BLOCK 153, VERO BEACH
HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 4
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 7,
Block 153, of Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
FRANK J. COMPARATO, JR.
& PATRICIA A. COMPARATO

VERO BEACH FL 32962
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the west two feet of the east twelve foot rear yard drainage and utility easement of Lot 7, Block
153, Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4, less and except the north six feet and the south six feet of said
easement, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38 and 38A of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
Commissioner Ginn and adopted on the
December 2003, by the following vote:
