A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 7, 8 & 9, MEDICAL SERVICE
CENTER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lots 7, 8 and 9 of
Medical Service Center Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
37TH PLACE MEDICAL CENTER, LLC
P 0 BOX 3989
VERO BEACH, FL 32964
its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement portion:
the south 35 feet of the north 70 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9, less and except the east 48 feet of said
Lot 9, Medical Service Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13,
Pages 18 and 18A, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
