A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 9, 10 & 11, MEDICAL SERVICE
CENTER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage easement on Lots 9, 10 and 11
of Medical Service Center Subdivsion; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
820 MEDICAL BUILDING, LLC
3880 39TH SQUARE
VERO BEACH, FL 32960
its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement portion:
the south 35 feet of the north 70 feet of the east 48 feet of Lot 9, together with the south 35 feet
of the north 70 feet of Lots 10 & 11, Medical Service Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 18A of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner
