RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 136
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 4, BLOCK 141, VERO BEACH
HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION UNIT 4
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 4,
Block 141, of Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision Unit 4 and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
MICHAEL A. BENDELL & THERESA M. BENDELL
1986 15TH AVENUE SW
VERO BEACH, FL 32962
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement portion:
the north two feet of the south six foot side yard drainage and utility easement of Lot 4, Block
141, Vero Beach Highlands Unit 4, less and except the east 12 feet of said easement, according to the
plat recorded in Plat Book 8 Pages 38 and 38D, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by
Commissioner Gi nn and adopted on the 21 st day of
October 2003, by the following vote:
