A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT RETAINED OVER AN ABANDONED
PORTION OF 18TH AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY IN W.E.GEOFFREY
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement retained -�t
on an abandoned road right-of-way in W.E. Geoffrey Subdivision;and
WHEREAS,the retention of a portion of the easement,as described below,serves no public
purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County,Florida that: c

This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,a political subdivision of the State _M

of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, Grantor,to

its successors in interest,heirs and assigns,as Grantee,as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title,and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the east fifteen feet of the forty foot wide drainage and utility easement retained over an
abandoned portion of 18th Avenue right-of-way as depicted on the plat of W.E. Geoffrey
Subdivision, PBS 2-32, in accordance with the right-of-way abandonment per County Resolution
99-119, recorded in O.R. Book 1303, Page 2784, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht ,seconded
by Commissioner Adams ,and adopted on the 12th day of
February 2002,by the following vote:
