WHEREAS,the retention of the easement,as described below,serves no public purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County,Florida that:

II PD, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13,Page 68, of the Public Records
of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded
by Commissioner Ginn ,and adopted on the 17th day of
