A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
AN EASEMENT ON LOT 4, INTERSTATE COMMERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 4,
Interstate Commercial Park Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, or portion thereof, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement(s):
the south ten (10) foot drainage and utility drainage easement of Lot 4, Interstate Commercial
Park Subdivision, less and except any portion of the east fifteen (1 S) foot drainage and utility easement
on said Lot 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 29 of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida.
This release of casement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Flonda, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bowden , seconded by
O' Bryan and adopted on the 24th day of
