HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-119-4 RESOLUTION NO. 2008 -119 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING EASEMENTS ON A PARCEL OF LAND IN INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in utility easements on a parcel of land at the southwest corner of the intersection of 41 st Street and 43rd Avenue in Indian River Farms Company Subdivision (Tax Parcel No. 32-39-28-00001-0090-00001.0); and WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serve no public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that: INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easements: Utility easements recorded in O.R. Book 772, Pages 2562-2565, Public Records oflndian River County, more particularly described as.- the s: the south 20 feet of the north 190 feet of the west 200 feet of the east 270 feet of the north 241.22 feet of the north 7 acres of the east 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; and the north 20 feet of the south 60 feet of the west 200 feet of the east 270 feet of the south 200.22 feet of the north 7 acres of the east 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie County, said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Commissioner ,JQSeP1 E Flescher , and adopted on the 9th day of September 2008, by the following vote: Chairman Sandra L.
