EASEMENT ON THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF OF LOTco
27, A. A. BERRY SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility
easement on the Westerly one-half of Lot 27, A. A. Berry Subdivision, recorded at
O.R. Book 566, Page 886, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and o

WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below,

serves no public purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this release of a
portion of an easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of
the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida
32960, Grantor, to

his successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:

THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and
the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ti ppi n , and, upon being put to a
vote, the vote was as follows:
