A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 20, RIVERPOINT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 20 of
Riverpoint Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portion:
the west, five (S) feet of the east fifteen (15) foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 20,
Riverpoint Subdivision, less and except any portion of the north and south 10 foot wide side yard
drainage easements on such Lot, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 71, 71A
and 71B of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
'CHIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Solari seconded by
Commissioner Wheeler , and adopted on the 16th day of
December 2008, by the following vote:
Chairman Wesley S. Davis AYE
Vice -Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AAYYE�.
Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan
Commissioner Bob Solari AYE -
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler AYE
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 16th day of
December , 2008.
