1/23/01 BCC Agenda Item — Releasing a Portion of an Easement
on Lot 19, Unit 3 of Bent Pine Subdivision, Units 3 and 4
As you are aware, I forwarded the original Resolution No. 2001-009 to the
Recording Office for recording and it has now been recorded and returned to me.
By copy of this memo I am forwarding the original to Kelly Zedek so that she may
forward it to the Tschinkels for their property records. A copy is attached in
case you need it for your "recording records" ... $10.50 will be charged to 004-
207-524-033.19 when the January statement comes in for processing. I have
delivered a recorded copy to the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners for
their records.
