A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 89 JEAN'S UNIT, INDIAN RIVER
TWIN ESTATES
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a utility and drainage easement on Lot 8, Jean's
Unit, of Indian River Twin Estates; and
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portion:
the south two feet of the north twelve foot utility and drainage easement of Lot 8, Jean's Unit, Indian
River Twin Estates, less and except any portion of the west twelve foot easement and the east twenty foot
easement on said Lot 8, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 31 of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis ,seconded by
Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher , and adopted on the 15th day of
July 20081 by the following vote:
Chairman Sandra L. Bowden Aye
Vice -Chairman Wesley S. Davis Aye
Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye
Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan Ave
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 15th day of
