A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOTS 7 AND 81 BLOCK 69 FRESARD
GLENDALE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lots 7 and 8
Block 6, Fresard Glendale Subdivision; and ,
WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RE
LEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portion:
the east five feet of the west ten foot drainage and utility easement of Lots 7 & 8, Block 6,
Fresard Glendale Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book S, Page 39 of the
Public Records oflndian River County, Florida.
This partial release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivisio
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Streetn of the
, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis
