A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS ON LOTS 20 AND 219 PLANTATION RIDGE
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots 20 and 21
of Plantation Ridge Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement portions:
the east 7.5 foot drainage and utility easement of Lot 21, Plantation Ridge Subdivision, less and
except the south 5 feet thereof, together with the north 20 feet of the south 25 foot drainage and utility
easement of Lot 21 and of the east 40.32 feet of Lot 20, Plantation Ridge Subdivision, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 46 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Solari seconded by
Commissioner Flescher and adopted on the 3RD day of
March 2009, by the following vote:
Chairman Wesley S. Davis AYE
Vice -Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler AYE
Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE
Commissioner Bob Solari AYE
The Chairman declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 3RD day of
Mamh 2009.
