A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
PORTIONS OF EASEMENTS ON LOT 25, ST ANDREWS ISLAND - GRAND
HARBOR PLAT 15
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lot 25,
St. Andrews Island - Grand Harbor Plat 15; and
WHEREAS, the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public
purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County, Florida that:
This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
JAMES D. BERCAW & JUNE D. BERCAW
5110 ST ANDREWS ISLAND DRIVE
VERO BEACH, FL 32967
their successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows:
. Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the south two feet of the north seven and one-half (7.5) foot drainage easement and the north
three feet of the south twelve and one-half (12.5) foot utility easement of Lot 25, less and except the west
five feet of said Lot, St. Andrews Island Grand Harbor Plat 15, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page 16 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by
Commissioner Npi ihargpr , and adopted on the 17th day of
August 2004, by the following vote:
