WHEREAS,Indian River County has an interest in drainage and utility easements on Lots
5 and 6 of Medical Service Center Subdivision;and
WHEREAS,the retention of portions of the easements,as described below,serves no public
purpose;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
River County,Florida that:

of the State of Florida,whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street,Vero Beach,Florida 32960, ry

their successors in interest,heirs and assigns, as Grantee,as follows:
Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right,title,and interest that it may
have in the following described easement(s):
the south forty-five(45)feet of the north seventy(70)feet of Lots S and 6, Medical Service
Center Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 18A of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams ,seconded
by Commissioner Ti ppi n ,and adopted on the 23rd day of
