RESOLUTION NO. 2004-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING SOLELY
FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES THE DEDICATION OF 101h AVENUE,
SOUTH OF 41h STREET, AS SET FORTH ON THE PLAT OF HAEGER
HIGHLANDS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Indian River County to expand the County's water
system to serve properties in the area of Haeger Highlands Subdivision, 10th Avenue
south of 4th Street; and
WHEREAS, in connection with this, it is necessary for the County to formally
accept 10th Avenue, south of 4th Street, as set forth on the plat of Haeger Highlands
Subdivision solely for public utility purposes as offered by the owners and developers of
Haeger Highlands Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 11, of the public records
of Indian River County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County
Commissioners hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only, all of the street that is
described as 10th Avenue, south of 41h Street, on the plat of Haeger Highlands
Subdivision, together with all easements set forth on the plat of Haeger Highlands
Subdivision solely for utilities purposes.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Wheel Qr- and, upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
