HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-049RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 049 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEES FOR REVIEWING PROPORTIONATE FAIR SHARE MITIGATION APPLICATIONS. WHEREAS, Chapter 910, Concurrency Management System of the county land development regulations, has been revised to add a proportionate fair share mitigation section; and WHEREAS, the proportionate fair share mitigation section of Chapter 910 of the land development regulations establishes an application review procedure and indicates that application fees will be established by resolution; and WHEREAS, staff estimated the cost of processing proportionate fair share mitigation applications and preparing proportionate fair share agreements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. Section 2. The Board of County Commissioners, hereby, establishes the following application fees for processing proportionate fair share mitigation applications: $325.00 application fee if proportionate fair share mitigation link is in the county's current Capital Improvements Element (CIE) and $100.00 for each additional link $580.00 application fee if proportionate fair share mitigation link is not in the county's current Capital Improvements Element (CIE) and $100.00 for each additional link The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Wheel er and seconded by Commissioner Da v i s and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 2006- 049 Chairman, Arthur R.
