A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
FORMALLY ACCEPTING SOLELY FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES THE DEDICATION OF 24TH STREET, 81sT
TERRACE, 81ST COURT AND 80TH COURT, ALL LOCATED
EAST- OF 82ND AVENUE, AS SET FORTH ON THE PLAT OF
WEST SIDE VILLAS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Indian River County to expand the County's water
system to serve properties in the area of West Side Villas Subdivision, 24th Street, 81St
Terrace, 81St Court and 80th Court, east of 82nd Avenue; and
WHEREAS, in connection with this, it is necessary for the County to formally
accept a portion of 24th Street, 81St Terrace, 81St Court and 80th Court, east of 82nd Avenue,
as set forth on the plat of West Side Villas Subdivision solely for public utility purposes
as offered by the owners and developers of West Side Villas Subdivision in the
Certificate of Dedication, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 4, of the public records of
Indian River County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County
Commissioners hereby formally accepts for utility purposes only, a portion of 24th Street,
81St Terrace, 81St Court and 80th Court, east of 82nd Avenue, on the plat of West Side Villas
Subdivision in Indian River County, Florida.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner NPIIbProPr and, upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
