A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN
RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A SUBLEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
AIRMASTERS RADIO CONTROL CLUB, INC., A FLORIDA NON-PROFIT
CORPORATION, FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RADIO
CONTROL MODEL AIRPLANE FLYING FACILITY ON A PORTION OF THE NORTH
COUNTY REGIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, commencing November 12, 2002, the Airmasters Radio Control Club,
Inc.("Airmasters"), has had an annual License Agreement for the operation and maintenance of a
radio control model airplane flying facility on a portion of the North County Regional Park and
Airmasters has now applied to the Board of County Commissioners to enter into a sublease
agreement with a term of twenty (20) years; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that such a use of County property
promotes the community interests and welfare,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDAIN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that, pursuant to the authority of
Florida Statutes section 125.38, the Board of County .Commissioners hereby approves and
authorizes the Chairman to execute a Sublease Agreement between the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, and the Airmasters Radio Control Club, Inc for a
term of twenty (20) years at a rental rate of two hundred ($200.00) per year for each year of the
term .payable on or before February 1 of each year, as more specifically set forth in the attached
Sublease Agreement.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Neuberger and seconded
by Commissioner Davis , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 13th day of
December 2005.
