A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE RELEASES OF
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS ON BEHALF OF
THE BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners (County) receives
and records Temporary Construction Easements during roadway construction; and
WHEREAS, after the completion of the construction, the County should execute and
record a Release of the Temporary Construction Easements (Releases) in substantially the
form attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein in its entirety by this reference; and
WHEREAS, it is in the customer's and the County's best interest to be able to provide
the Releases in an expeditious manner; and
WHEREAS, these releases are administrative in nature and do not require the attention
of the Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY that the Board hereby directs and authorizes the Public Works,
Director, or his designee, to execute Releases of Temporary Construction Easements on its
behalf, provided that the Releases are in substantially the form attached, as Exhibit "A" and
contain the signatures of the County Attorney or an Assistant County Attorney.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and the
motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and, upon being put to a vote,
the vote was as follows:

EXHIBIT "A"
RELEASE
OF
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Indian River County was granted a Temporary Construction Easement for
the widening and improvement of in Indian River County,
Florida, recorded in O. R. Book , Page ; and
WHEREAS, the construction work is now completed, and the Temporary Construction
Easement was to exist only until the completion of the construction; and
WHEREAS, County staff has determined that the retention of the Temporary
Construction Easement would serve no public purpose; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS RELEASE OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT is executed by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to
whose address is
, Grantee.
Grantor does hereby release and abandon any and all right, title, and interest that it may
have in the property described in the foregoing Temporary Construction Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its
