A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AMENDING THE FEES FOR THE VARIOUS
BUILDING PERMITS AND RELATED INSPECTIONS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in accordance with
Florida Statutes, has established a policy that the Building Division is to be financed, to the
extent feasible, by user fees; and
WHEREAS, the current fees have not been revised since 2007; and
WHEREAS, fee disparities have been identified in the cun•ent fee schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
The new fees set forth in the attached Appendix A are hereby adopted effective September 1,
2012.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis
and the motion was
seconded by Commissioner Fl Pschpr and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as
follows:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 17th day of July,
