A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE THE BUS SHELTER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE SENIOR
RESOURCE ASSOCIATION ON BEHALF OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association has announced the phase one installation of the GoLine/
Indian River Transit bus shelters in Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association has identified the number of bus shelters within the
jurisdiction of Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, the Senior Resource Association is asking Indian River County to agree to include
maintaining the cleanliness of the bus shelters in their jurisdiction as part of their maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement would require the signature of the Board of County Commissioners
Chairman, unless that authority is delegated by resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, that:
The Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement as attached hereto defines the terms of the agreement,
the bus shelters eligible for maintenance and the services to be provided by Indian River County;
2. The Public Works Director is authorized to execute the Bus Shelter Maintenance Agreement on
behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis , and the
motion was seconded by Commissioner wheeler and, upon being put to a vote, the vote
was as follows:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 18 day of Jan
