NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that the Board
of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, acting as the Board of
Supervisors of "The Laurelw:od Subdivision
Street Lighting District" will hold a public
hearing. at 5:01 P.M., Monday, September 19,
1977, in the Indian River County Courthouse in
Vero Beach, Florida, for the adoption of the
1977-78 budget in the amount of $935.00 for said
District.

ATTORNEY COLLINS CONTINUED THAT THE BOARD IS, THEREFORE, NOW
HOLDING TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS — ONE ON THE BUDGET AND ONE ON THE MILLAGE.
CHAIRMAN WODKTE ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD.
THERE WERE'NONE.
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING.
ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 77-1 ESTABLISH—
ING THE MILLAGE RATE FOR LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION STREET LIGHTING
DISTRICT AT ONE MILL.

RESOLUTION NO.M-1
WHEREAS, the 1977 tax roll has been certified according to law
and the taxable values have been received by this Board;
WHEREAS, this Board did adopt at Public Hearing itsbudget for
the fiscal year commencing on the first day of October, 1977, and ending
on the thirtieth day of September, 1978;

WHEREAS; the Board must establish millages:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
OF THE LAURELWOOD SUBDIVISION STREET LIGHTING MUNICIPAL SERVICE TAXING
UNITS that said Board hereby sets the millage rate for said District
at one mill or one dollar per thousand dollars of taxable value.
This Resolution shall become effective as of the 26th day
of September 1977.
