A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
MAINTENANCE MEMORANDUM AGREEMENT FOR LANDSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE INTERSECTIONS OF ROSELAND ROAD, BARBER
STREET AND FLEMING STREET, WITH THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian and Indian River County desire the
City of Sebastian to construct and maintain landscape, drainage and crosswalk
improvements on a portion of the CR512 right-of-way owned by Indian River County ;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Sebastian, has requested Indian River County
execute and deliver to the City of Sebastian a Maintenance Memorandum Agreement for
the aforementioned project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the
Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver to the City of
Sebastian a Maintenance Memorandum Agreement for the aforementioned project.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner F 1 e s ch er
who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis
and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution passed and adopted this
