FLORIDA, MET IN SPECIAL SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA,
ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1977, AT 4:30 O'CLOCK P.M. PRESENT WERE
WILLIAM C. WODTKE, JR., CHAIRMAN; ALMA LEE Loy, VICE CHAIRMAN; WILLARD W.
SIEBERT, JR.; AND EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER. ABSENT WAS R. DON DEESON. ALSO
PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR; GEORGE G.. COLLINS,
JR., ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; AND VIRGINIA
HARGREAVES, DEPUTY CLERK.
COUNTY CONSULTING ENGINEERS, DR. DAVID SMITH AND JAMES BEINDORF,
WERE ALSO IN ATTENDANCE.

IT IS BEING HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPENING BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE COUNTY

ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE ABOVE BIDS BEING REFERRED TO
THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR EVALUATION.
AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION, THE CHAIRMAN ANNOUNCED THAT THE AWARD
OF BIDS WILL BE PUT ON THE AGENDA OF THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 2, 1977,
FOR 9:30 O'CLOCK A.M.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, ON MOTION MADE, SECONDED AND
CARRIED, ITHE BOARD ADJOURNED AT 4:50 O'CLOCK P.M.
