A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING
A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS RECORDED
IN O.R. BOOK 7249 PAGE 23719 PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in anon -exclusive easement for ingress and egress
on property at 8744 U.S. Highway 1 and 8750 U.S. Highway 1 (Tax Parcel Nos. 31-39-28-00000-0040-
00011.0 and 31-39-28-00000-0040-00012.0); and
WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida that:
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest
that it may have in the following described easement:
a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress, recorded in O.R. Book 724, Page 2371, Public
Records of Indian River County, more particularly described as the Westerly 40 feet of the North 1/2 of
the following: beginning 412-1/2 feet West and 250 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southwest
I/4 of Government Lot 4, run East 142-1/2 feet South 30 feet West 142-1/2 feet North 30 feet to Point of
Beginning, Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 39 East.
This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960.
THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner O' Bryan ,seconded by
Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the it, day of May 2013, by the
