WEDNESDAY, JUBB 11th 1930.
The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at
the Court House in Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, June 11th 1930, at 10 o'clock
A.M. withthe following members of the Board presents Albert O.Helseth, Chairman;
J.D.Yongue; J.J.P.Hamiiton and John H. Akin. Comissioner J. We LaBruce being absent...
Also present was M.i.lee. -warren, C1e k.
The Chairman .announced the meeting was called for the purpose of selecting the
Inspectors and Clerks of the. various. voting precincts to conduct: and hold the Second
Primary Election to be held mesday, , June 24th 1.930.,
The following persons were named and selected. to hold the primary election on the
date mentionedt

The Board of County Cogamissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at
the Court House in Vero Beach, at 10 o'clock A.M.Tuesday, June 17th 19309 with the.
following members of the Board present: Albert O. Helseth, Chairman; J. D. Yongue;
J. We TABruce; J. J. P. Hamilton and John H. Atkin. Also present were miles warren,
Clerk and Clark a. Rice, Sheriff.
Mrs S. L. Loudermilk appeared regarding drainage ditch near his place. Mr.Louder-
milk was instructed to see qtr. Stinson and have him turn funds over to the County
C
Engineer td -open up about 600 or 700 feet ditch and balance money to be returned to
the property owners. It being understood Mr. Loudermilk and others do not forfeit any
right on rest side ditch as far as the 15 inch pipe will take water off.
It was ordered that the County Engineer clean ditch near Daamerow's place at
Wabasso provided Mr. Damerow will pay half of the cost.

TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY CO ISSIOaRS OF SAID COUNTYt
GENTLEMEN: -
We, the undersigned, citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
respectfully represent'that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be
laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the :intersection of the East right-of-way line
of State Road #4 and the South line of section Twenty-six (26) Township Thirty-two (32)
South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East, thence East on the Section line between sections
Twenty-six (26) and thirty -fire (35) a distance of one mile. Said road right-of-way to
be not le ss than Fif ty (5O) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to Cause to be laid out and opened a
County Road as above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said Road
is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of One dollar to us each and
severally in hand paid by the County of Indian River, the receipt of thich is hereby
acknowledged, hereby agree to give the right-of-way through our lands, as shown by the
Plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
It was ordered that the petition be accepted, and that a Committee composed of
Britt anith; Horace A Bailey and D.L.Leisher, be appointed to views mark and lay out said
road and report to this Board.
It was ordered that Mr. Wilkerson be permitted to clean ditch to creek on wabasso--
Fellonere road under the direction of the County Engineer.
miles Marren, Clerk Circuit Court filed his semi-annual report with this Board for
the period July lot 1929 to December 31st 1929 of fees and commissions received, which
report is as follows:

The pay, roll for labor on roads having been examined, were found to be correct,
and was approved and Warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The warrants so draw
being listed in the County Finanot record as provided by law, reference to such record
and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes as felly and completely as if
the said grants were listed herein in detail.
There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board
adjourned �il the regular meeting in July 1930.
